This book is wonderful for someone like me, a man 74 years old. The instructions provide exhaustive explanations of everything. If you cannot comprehend this, it is likely that you cannot tell time; hence you do not need an Apple watch.

Knowledge is power. I feel so much better learning about and using my Apple Watch. This book is perfect, and it instructs you on how to actually use the Watch, i.e., answer phone calls, make phone calls, read emails, clear out read data, and much more things. Clear and easy to understand, perfectly written. I bought my first Apple Watch and needed help understanding all the features, apps, and tons of other things. This book gives good instructions and advice for seniors. I especially liked the analogies when the author referred you to your iPhone, things that you know, and the similarities of the Watch. It was a very good book, easy to read and understand.
